From the exhibition 'Et moi, et moi, et moi', in which three female artists present their personal mythologies, searching for the key to their true essence. The story is about Marian Williams' family and her roots in Rotterdam.

Rotterdam et moi 2 is a mixed media composition on canvas; transfer collage finished with paper collage, oil paint, pastel chalk, and marker.

The composition contains two illustrations with frayed edges.
The main image shows a dock in the port of Rotterdam.
The lower part depicts a girl standing firmly on the ground.

In this artwork, the raw, industrial background merges with a delicate human presence. Using oil paint, collage, and pastel, a dreamy, surreal atmosphere is evoked.
