Right of withdrawal

WALLSHARKS

Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

Version: September 11, 2026

1. Your statutory cooling-off period

As a consumer, you are generally entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. You do not need to provide a reason.

2. Withdrawal

You may withdraw via Wallsharks’ online dissolution/withdrawal function, by email at support@wallsharks.com, or using the model form below. The withdrawal must be notified within the cooling-off period. You must then return the product no later than 14 days thereafter.

3. Return instructions

Always contact Wallsharks in advance for return instructions. This helps ensure the return is processed safely and correctly. Failure to make prior contact does not nullify the statutory right of withdrawal.

4. Return conditions

Handle the product with care and use it only to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. Return it complete, undamaged, including accessories, certificates, documentation, and other parts. This also applies to the luxury box in the case of a curated art box. Pack it carefully and securely, preferably in the original packaging if reasonably available. Art Boxes must be returned as a complete collection.

5. Return costs and risk

Direct return costs are borne by the consumer, unless Wallsharks has indicated otherwise or the return is the result of a defect for which Wallsharks is responsible. The risk of the return shipment lies with the consumer until Wallsharks receives the product. We recommend using track & trace and, for valuable products, appropriate transport insurance.

6. Depreciation

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. In the event of use, handling, or damage that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning, Wallsharks may deduct a reasonable depreciation.

7. Reimbursement

Following a valid withdrawal, Wallsharks will refund the payment received, including standard delivery costs, in accordance with statutory rules. Wallsharks may withhold reimbursement until receipt of the product or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where the law stipulates an exception, such as products made to the consumer’s specifications or which are clearly of a personal nature. A label of "custom-made" alone is insufficient; the statutory requirements must actually be met.

9. Damaged or incorrectly delivered

In the event of a damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered product, please contact us as soon as possible via support@wallsharks.com and include photos if possible. This is separate from statutory rights regarding non-conformity.

10. Online dissolution function

To the extent legally required, Wallsharks provides a clear online option to dissolve an online purchase during the statutory cooling-off period. The function is available throughout the applicable cooling-off period, and the consumer will receive a confirmation upon use.
